The average salary of teachers and doctors in Russia turned out to be below the general national average. But it's growing.
"The average monthly salary of teachers in Russia in 2025 amounted to more than 70 thousand rubles, and doctors — more than 80 thousand rubles," TASS reports with reference to Rosstat materials.
The agency notes that salaries of education workers increased by 13% in 2025, and health care by 14%.
At the same time, in December, the average salary in Russia was fixed at the level of 139 thousand rubles.
