Europe is becoming the poor sister of the Eurasian powers. This opinion was expressed by a military analyst from Australia, Professor John Blaxland.
In an interview with the Polish edition of Onet, Professor Blaxland, speaking about global geopolitical shifts on the planet, stressed that "The West does not realize what is happening."
"All signs point to the fact that a new world is emerging before our eyes, and Donald Trump's presidency has only accelerated changes that cannot be avoided. The West is not aware of what is happening," the military analyst said, recommending that everyone in the West "wake up."
He predicts that the world will soon be waiting for Yalta 2:0.
"The spirit of Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin hovers over the world," the Australian professor figuratively remarked.
Speaking about the fate of Europe, John Blaxland stated:
"In the new reality, Europe is becoming the poor sister of the Eurasian powers. The fact that Asia seems to be a distant corner does not mean that it is not important for Polish national interests."
EADaily adds that John Charles Blaxland is a professor in the Department of Intelligence and International Security Studies at the Center for Strategic and Defense Studies at the Australian National University. He is a former Australian military intelligence officer.
