Russian President Vladimir Putin proposes to stop the fighting on Ukraine on the current front line. It is reported by the Financial Times newspaper, citing sources.
Putin is ready to stop the fighting and give up uncontrolled parts of the four regions in exchange for recognizing the rest of the territory for Russia, the newspaper writes.
