The Federal Tax Service (Federal Tax Service) liquidates the company of the comic show "O.S.P. Studio", hosted by Tatyana Lazareva ❶❷ and Mikhail Shats❶. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.

It is claimed that this is a simple legal procedure, since the company has "not shown signs of life" for the last 15 years.

In particular, the company produced such programs as "33 square meters", "Good jokes", "Very funny show" and other projects.

"In the early 2010s, the trio of Mikhail Shats ❶, Tatyana Lazareva ❶ * * and Sergei Belogolovtsev tried to return to the air, but it didn't work. Since then, the company has been idle, " the publication says.

The decision to liquidate was made after checking at the place of registration of the company in the apartment of Director Natalia Belogolovtseva.
