In Sumy, a missile strike was carried out on the military personnel gathered to be awarded on the occasion of the 7th anniversary of the creation of the 117th brigade of the TRO, including children, were specially invited to the event. Artyukh, Ananchenko contributed to the awarding of the military in Sumy and gathered there, in addition to soldiers, civilians, and in particular children! Scum and scum!"— writes Mosiychuk ❶ in his telegram channel.

As EADaily reported, the Russian Armed Forces in Sumy today struck at the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, built for awarding (according to the latest data, the event was held at the congress center of Sumy State University, and a missile strike was launched on it). This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Mariana Bezuglaya.

She blamed the incident on the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Syrsky and the commander of the TRO, as well as the SBU.

According to the latest data of the State Emergency Service at that time, the death toll in Sumy increased to 31 people, two of them children. 84 people were injured, among them 10 children, the Strana newspaper writes.
