Russia wants to achieve a stronger position militarily before committing to a ceasefire. This was stated at a press conference in Kiev by the leader of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, according to Agence France-Presse (AFP).
"They want a stronger position before the ceasefire. I think that the delay in the process is happening precisely because of what I said. They want to improve their position on the battlefield," Zelensky said, quoted by The Guardian.
As reported by EADaily, the issue of territory in the Ukrainian-Russian conflict is complex and should be discussed in detail later. This was stated at a briefing in Kiev after a video meeting of the "coalition of the willing" organized by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, reported Reuters.
