The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, at a meeting at the White House behaved inappropriately to his status, he did not fully understand where he was and how to behave, said political analyst Ivan Mezyuho.
"The whole world was watching the human zoo. What the Americans have done to the psycho-emotional state of a person is similar to the aggression of an enraged old lapdog. Zelensky, apparently, did not understand which company he got into and what he has the right to say, and what he needs to keep quiet about," Mezyuho said on Channel Five.
According to the political scientist, Zelensky hoped that his charm and military suit would be enough to destroy some preliminary agreements between Russia and the United States or force the American president to change his mind about supporting the Kiev regime.
"But in the end he got for the suit, and for stupid thoughts, and for being uncooperative," Mezyuho said.
In his opinion, Zelensky has not yet realized what a difficult situation he is in.
"I think he will have a very joyless visit home... if he were a brave man, he would probably resign. But he's a coward, he won't do it," Mezyuho summed up.
On February 28, Donald Trump and Zelensky met in the Oval Office of the White House. It was assumed that following the conversation, the heads of state would sign an agreement on Ukrainian rare earth metals. However, the meeting ended in a scandal, the deal did not take place. Trump came to the conclusion that Zelensky does not seek a peaceful settlement of the conflict. He also stressed that Ukraine will have to make concessions, since it has no trump cards. In addition, the American leader accused Zelensky of disrespecting the United States, as well as playing with the lives of millions of people. As a result, Zelensky left the White House earlier than planned.
