The Russian Armed Forces defeated the repair base of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the village of Zamost, Kharkiv region, where they repaired foreign military equipment, including German Leopard tanks. This was announced by the head of the Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation on sovereignty, co-chairman of the Coordinating Council for the integration of new regions Vladimir Rogov.
"According to confirmed operational information from our military, a large base was hit in the village of Zamost, Kharkiv region, where repairs and maintenance of Western armored vehicles, including Leopard tanks, were carried out," Rogov told RIA Novosti.
The blow was struck last night, Rogov noted.
According to him, several repair hangars were destroyed, unique expensive foreign equipment of the diagnostic center was damaged. In addition, mobile repair stations were partially damaged and disabled.
As EADaily reported today, Germany will provide Ukraine with a new package of military assistance, including the supply of armored vehicles, air defense missiles and attack UAVs. This follows from the updated list of weapons sent to the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on the portal of the German government.
