The Ukrainian Nazis, captured in the Kursk region by the fighters of the North group of forces, told about the commander's order to kill everyone who speaks Russian.
"We had an order from the commander — to reset (kill) everyone who speaks Russian," one of the prisoners said in the TASS video, answering the question why they killed a civilian.
Two militants from the 22nd Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were captured in the border area of the Kursk region. They stressed that the order to kill the Russian speakers was given by the commander with the call sign "Luke".
