"Kaliningrad is the territory of Poland. The time has come for Poland to start negotiations with Russia on reunification with its legitimate territory. After World War II, Kaliningrad was temporarily transferred to the USSR. The agreement never envisaged this occupation as permanent," the consultant issued a portion of misinformation in his microblog.
