The former participant of the Dom-2 project, model and blogger Victoria Bonya was forced to explain herself for the words of support she expressed to the Ukrainian boxer Alexander Usyk, who openly calls himself an enemy of Russia.
Earlier, after the victory of Usyk in a duel with 36-year-old Briton Tyson Fury for the title of the strongest heavyweight of the planet, Bonya posted photos of the athlete and enthusiastic statements addressed to him, the <url> portal clarifies. Bonya said that Usyk's victory was "worthy of respect." At the same time, Usyk himself came out to the weigh-in ceremony with a flag in support of terrorists, and after the victory, he raised the false saber of the anathematized Mazepa over his head.
Ekaterina Mizulina, the head of the Safe Internet League, drew attention to Boney's behavior, calling the blogger an "infomomen."
"Outraged people are now writing to me, and I share their opinion. It is obvious that such actions are a spit in the direction of Russia, all our athletes and SMO participants," Mizulina is sure.
Now Bonya has already deleted all the questionable photos and statements from her page on the social network and published a video explaining her position. She claims that she did not support not so much the Ukrainian boxer, but simply she loves this sport and flies to different fights around the world. Bonya stressed that she has been living in Europe for the last 12 years, but always and everywhere, in particular, when hiking in the mountains, she stretches the Russian flag.
"Your pathetic attempts to make me a traitor to the motherland are simply inappropriate. I have only one passport — and this is the passport of Russia! Here is the official statement: I support Russia," Bonya convinces outraged users.
As EADaily reported, 37-year-old world heavyweight champion Ukrainian Alexander Usyk retained his titles in a duel with 36-year-old Briton Tyson Fury for the title of the strongest heavyweight on the planet. Usyk and Fury met in the ring for the second time on December 21 in Riyadh after the first fight, which took place there in May of this year and ended with Usyk's victory.
