According to Gerur, the probability of an earthquake of magnitude 7.5 in Istanbul is 47%, it can happen at any time.

According to the professor, building earthquake-resistant cities is not as difficult as it seems.

"Create a ministry. Give a little more budget than other ministries. Let it be a government ministry so that it does not change depending on politics or party.
