Tatarstan's decision not to impose a ban on the education of migrant children who do not speak Russian is a demarche against the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was stated by Kirill Kabanov, a member of the HRC under the President of the Russian Federation.

The day before, the State Council of Tatarstan "could not come to a consensus on this issue." As Kabanov points out, the education of migrant children without knowledge of Russian is a multi-level problem, but the decision of the Tatarstan parliament not to impose a ban on their education contradicts the federal line and the position of the head of state. The initiative itself has already been supported and The Security Council of the Russian Federation, and the State Duma of the Russian Federation, which adopted the document in the second reading. At the same time, Kabanov stressed that Vladimir Putin relied on the protection of the constitutional rights of our children, there is a corresponding instruction.

According to the Ministry of Education, about 12%, or 25 thousand migrant children in the Russian Federation do not speak Russian at the end of the school year. At the same time, teachers have to take on an additional burden in an attempt to help young foreigners keep up with the rest of the children, points out TC Readovka.

As EADaily reported, over its more than 30-year history, the Parliament of Tatarstan has always demonstrated its own "vision" of federal problems, advocating for the interests of the Tatar ethnocracy. Many deputies who got into the State Council back in the 1990s are still being "re-elected" to the legislative body of the republic. And almost all this time Farid Mukhametshin coordinates the work of the parliament, who turned 77 this year. During the fruitful activity, the State Council of Tatarstan has repeatedly torpedoed federal laws and only in recent years has it begun to "pass". The last time Tatarstan deputies scandalized about the cancellation of the title of the post of the head of the republic, who, contrary to federal law, continued to be called "president" until 2023.
