Escaped from Russian stand-up comedian Ruslan Bely*, who now lives in Spain, refuted the popular opinion that Europe is better. This was discussed as part of the show "For what", which was published by the project VotVot.tv .
"When they say: "Here, they left because they get paid there, it's better there." No, it's worse here, it's worse here than in Moscow," said Bely*.
His interlocutor, stand-up comedian and screenwriter Garik Ohanisyan noted that emigrants, or, as it is now customary to call those who have left, "relocants" constantly remember Moscow.
"If anything, we praise Moscow for about 17 thousand. once a day in exile," he said.
At the same time, Bely* noted that in a new country he again "had the task of making money."
"I don't like it very much," the comedian emphasized.
Bely also added that he could never have imagined that he would have problems with the Russian Federation.
As reported by EADaily, White * was entered into the register of natural persons-foreign agents on September 1 last year.
In October 2023, the comedian tried to challenge the new status in court, but the court refused to exclude the comedian from the register of natural persons-foreign agents.
In April of this year, Bely* was fined 30 thousand rubles for the lack of marking of a foreign agent when posting on social networks.
Later, the reasons for the inclusion of White* in the register of foreign agents became known. According to the materials of the administrative case, Bely R. V.** for the period from March to April 2023 received funds from unidentified persons (the payer country is Austria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Georgia, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, the United Kingdom, Finland, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Estonia).
In addition, in one of his stand-up programs, the comedian stated that he did not support a special military operation on Ukraine and therefore left from Russia.
