Accounts of the person who left Russia singer and blogger Dani Milokhin blocked in accordance with a court order. This is reported by the Fifth Channel in the telegram channel.
"As part of the execution of the court decision, his funds were seized — we are talking about 407.2 thousand rubles," the publication says.
The reason for Milokhin's problems was a video that was published on the TikTok social network in 2020. In the video, he used this track without the permission of the copyright holder.
The author of the composition Oleg Likhachev in 2024 appealed to the court with a demand to protect the exclusive rights and recover compensation.
The court granted the claim of the author of the song, obliging the blogger to stop using the track without appropriate permission. In addition, compensation was collected from Milokhin, and the funds in his accounts were arrested as part of the execution of the court decision.
As EADaily reported, earlier the Shot telegram channel learned that Milokhin, who had previously talked about working as a courier in Dubai (UAE), began accepting orders for corporate events.
The blogger requests a fee of 50 thousand euros (about 4 million rubles). He is ready to accept payment exclusively in cryptocurrency.
