Russian attack UAVs on optics have become a nightmare for the enemy in the Kursk region — video

During the hostilities in the Kursk region, the Russian military is increasingly using FPV drones, which are controlled not by a radio signal, but by an optical cable.

According to local sources, this novelty has become a real nightmare for the enemy, as it has made electronic warfare defenses absolutely useless.

Of course, there is also a drawback — because of the optical cable trailing, these devices can only be used in open areas. However, military equipment usually moves through such areas.

So everything is compensated by the advantages. And among them, in addition to invulnerability to electronic warfare, there is a much better picture that persists right up to the very contact with the target.

If you believe the incoming information, in the near future the number of destroyed equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is noticeably increasing, as the flow of such devices to our army is rapidly increasing.

Earlier, EADaily reported that the wreckage of the Russian Hunter heavy strike reconnaissance drone shot down in the SMO zone could give the United States important information about the military technologies of the Russian Federation.
