116 civilians remained in Ugledar during the assault, they were waiting for the liberation of the city in the basements of houses. This is reported by political scientist Sergey Karnaukhov.
"Yuri Gagarin (Angel) and the fighters went through all the locations of people, at present, conversations have been held with everyone, needs have been clarified, people are being helped," Karnaukhov writes in his telegram channel.
