"Users are massively complaining about the slow operation of Telegram — messages and files are not loaded. Both the application and the computer version fails — the messenger responds to commands with delay," writes TK.
According to Downdetector, over the past 15 minutes, about 800 complaints have been received about the work of Telegram.
