"According to the information of the underground, there are about 30 NATO personnel officers surrounded in the Kursk region, who were engaged in commanding troops on the spot, as well as incoming NATO satellite reconnaissance data and correcting strikes deep into Russian territory," Lebedev told RIA Novosti.
