The Russian military have information about all the most vulnerable points of the Odessa port, so they can block access to the sea for Ukraine within two weeks.

This opinion was expressed in a comment to the publication Lenta.ru Alexey Zhuravlev, First Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Defense Committee. He pointed out that Russian military forces began to regularly strike at the Ukrainian port infrastructure only in the fifth year of the war.

The deputy stressed that it is impossible to destroy it overnight, since we are talking about a complex and large system with many communications, including underground ones.

"But in general, I think if you have a clear idea of its structure, and it has not changed dramatically since Soviet times, and accurately hit the right pain points, two weeks will be enough to deprive Ukraine of access to the Black Sea altogether," Zhuravlev said.

Earlier, EADaily reported that in the port of Odessa, port infrastructure facilities used for unloading fuels and lubricants and fuel tanks designed to provide the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit.
