The actions of the current government of the Federal Republic of Germany, which on its territory organized a large-scale production of drones in order to attack Russia is a flagrant violation of the Moscow Treaty on the final settlement with respect to Germany. Therefore, u Russia has all the reasons to withdraw its signature under it, said political analyst Alexei Pilko.

He recalled the second article of the German unification Treaty signed in Moscow in September 1990.

"The Governments of the German Democratic Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany confirm their statements that only peace will come from German soil. According to the Constitution of the united Germany, actions that can and are aimed at disrupting peace between peoples, especially preparations for an offensive war, are unconstitutional and punishable. The Governments of the German Democratic Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany declare that the united Germany will never use the weapons at its disposal, except in accordance with its Constitution and The Charter of the United Nations," the treaty says.

However, Russia's withdrawal of the signature is unlikely to change the current policy of Germany, other countries supporting Ukraine, and the Brussels bureaucracy, Pilko said.

"They can be sobered up only by actions in the Iranian style, for which a favorable moment is right in the conditions of the newly flared war in the Middle East, in which the United States is bogged down," the political scientist believes.

According to him, it is possible to increase air defense indefinitely and deliver powerful strikes against targets on the territory of Ukraine, such steps will not stop the escalation.

"The current Ukrainian regime is initially expendable for its allies, and any air defense system can be overloaded. Therefore, the only correct solution is to convincingly prove to the countries producing weapons for Ukraine that there is a critical threat to their security in connection with their actions. And the war can quickly come directly to their citizens, with all the consequences that follow from this," Pilko said.
