Taking into account the systematic terrorist provocations of Ukraine using UAVs against civilian objects on the territory of Russia, we qualify such cooperation with the Kiev regime as an openly hostile action: Ukrainian drones are killing ordinary Russian civilians — and Tokyo contributes to this," Rudenko said in an interview with TASS.
