Hezbollah announced an attack on the Ramat David airbase in northern Israel, which is the first rocket launch in this direction. This was reported by Al Jazeera TV channel with reference to the statement of the movement.
"Hezbollah issued a statement in which it claimed responsibility for the attack on the Ramat David airbase east of Haifa… This is the first time that Hezbollah has launched missiles towards this area," the channel said in a statement.
It is noted that this is the farthest attacked point since the escalation of the conflict with Israel since October 2023.
Hezbollah said in a statement that this is a response to attacks on various regions and areas of Lebanon and the death of civilians.
