Kiev is not ready to offer Russia a ceasefire in certain sectors of the front, as the German newspaper Bild wrote today. This was stated by the adviser to the Ukrainian leader on communications Dmitry Litvin.

Ukraine is categorically against freezing the conflict, he stressed.

As EADaily reported today, Vladimir Zelensky's "victory plan", which he intends to present during his visit to the United States, includes, among other things, Kiev's readiness to agree to a local ceasefire "in certain areas" and a temporary freeze of the conflict, Bild newspaper wrote, citing unnamed sources.

Recall that in September, the head of the Kiev regime will present a "victory plan" to US President Joe Biden. This was stated by Vladimir Zelensky.

According to him, there are few points in it, but each requires the approval of the President of the United States.

"The plan that I will share with President Biden is in the middle between the world summits. This plan is aimed at Ukraine, our soldiers. There are few points. And each item will depend on Biden's decision," Zelensky said, quoted by Strana.
