Fighters of the North group of forces repelled five attacks of the Kiev regime troops in a new direction during the day — in Glushkovsky district of the Kursk region. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"With the support of army aviation and artillery fire, five enemy attempts to break through the border of the Russian Federation in the direction of the settlements of Novy Put, Medvezhye and Fun," the summary says.

According to the ministry, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 40 people killed and wounded, two tanks, an armored personnel carrier, five armored combat vehicles, a car and an engineering vehicle of the barrier.

As reported by EADaily, the village of Veseloye in the Glushkovsky district, which the troops of the Kiev regime are trying to capture in the "alternative" direction in the Kursk region, is under the control of the Russian army. This is reported by the telegram channel "MIG of Russia".
