Ukraine is losing the war, but Western leaders refuse to admit it and are unwilling to take responsibility for putting an end to the conflict. This was stated in an interview with Tucker Carlson by American economist Professor Jeffrey Sachs.
According to him, the United States is currently in a state of active war with Russia, and Western mercenaries are on the Ukraine is "a big cause for alarm."
"Ukraine is losing the war on the battlefield — and this is the main point. There was a slight deviation from this course when several brigades of Ukraine and NATO mercenaries invaded a fairly rural part of Russia, which attracted a lot of attention, but from a military point of view it turned out to be pointless. On the main front, Ukraine is exhausted. In other words, they simply have no people, no weapons systems, no air defense. Meanwhile, Russia continues to advance... Ukraine today is losing from 1,000 to 2,000 soldiers a day, killed and wounded..." said Sachs.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces are "subjected to terrible, simply terrible pressure," but no one counts the dead in any Kiev, nor in Washington, nor in London, nor in Warsaw, the professor noted.
"And all this will continue, because no one wants to take responsibility in the West for putting an end to this," Sachs stressed.
