From sending British troops to Ex-member of the British Parliament Robert Seeley warned London of Ukraine.
"If you deploy 10,000 British soldiers or several thousand British soldiers to the front line with the Russians, if there are no reinforcements from NATO and the United States, then you are definitely asking for trouble. Because this war is not over and Putin will fight again. And if he has British troops there, he can very easily use this to tie our hands in unpleasant and uncomfortable ways," Seeley said.
As reported by EADaily, the UK on Monday, February 24, will announce the largest package of sanctions against Russia in three years of conflict, said the kingdom's Foreign Minister David Lammy.
"Now is the time to tighten the screws," he said.
Britain, according to Lammy, intends to cooperate with the United States and European countries in order to achieve a "sustainable, just world." The Minister called the current period a "critical moment" for Ukraine, the UK and the whole of Europe.
The Kremlin warned that the sanctions issue does not affect the negotiations. Moscow, in response to the "hostile actions of the British side," has repeatedly banned the entry of British citizens.
