The Russian army goes across the main route of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the Kursk region, which may cause the encirclement of the entire Ukrainian grouping on Russian territory. This is reported by the Ukrainian telegram channel Military analytics.
It is noted that the loss of the village of Sverdlikovo has become a serious tactical creation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region over the past week, which can have serious consequences.
"The south-western route from Sumy region is under threat — if the Russian army reaches the village of Basovka, the road will be targeted by ATGMS, and then they will try to cut it off physically," the TC emphasizes.
At the same time, the position of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region is complicated by the need to defend its flanks and constantly keep the entire perimeter of the "bag".
"The General Staff is forced to constantly transfer the best reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and lose equipment on the supply routes," the TC concludes.
