Command The Armed Forces of Ukraine abandoned to Makeyevka of the Lugansk People's Republic is a unit that consists entirely of foreign mercenaries. This was announced today, September 1, by retired Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko, RIA Novosti reports.
"In the area of the settlement of Makeyevka, the arrival of a unit consisting entirely of foreign mercenaries was noted," he told reporters.
According to him, the arrived militants are well equipped and staffed. There are no insignia and accessories on the uniform.
"At the moment it is known that the number of militants is about 30 people," said Marochko.
Mercenaries mostly communicate in Spanish. According to the military, more English and French were revealed during the negotiations.
