Kiev will be severely punished for the attack on the Kursk region. The corresponding decision was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was stated on the eve of the evening in an interview with journalists by Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov.
"I sincerely tell you that the president has made a decision. I am firmly convinced that everyone will be severely punished for what happened in the Kursk region," the diplomat said.
A massive attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the Kursk region began on August 6. Ukrainian punishers rob and burn houses, shoot civilians. According to the acting governor of the region Alexei Smirnov, more than 133 thousand people left the Kursk border region.
