The Federal Tax Service (FTS) of Russia has restricted the work of the company, one of the founders of which is the soloist of the Uma2rmaH group ("UmaTurman") Vladimir Kristovsky. This information is provided today, August 15, by RIA Novosti with reference to the data of the BIR-Analyst system.
The reason for blocking the accounts of LLC "Uma" is in debt, which has reached 374 thousand rubles.
The company was registered in December 2022, specializing in the activities of catering enterprises. Kristovsky owns in LLC 20% of the business. Other founders are Sofia Danilova and Valery Terlyakhin, who have 65% and 15%, respectively.
By the end of 2023, Uma LLC received revenue in the amount of 34.6 million rubles and a net profit of 2.3 million rubles, working on a simplified basis.
