"Attention! Lipetsk was subjected to a massive UAV attack. Air defense is working. Don't go near the windows. Take refuge in a safe place," wrote Artamonov.
At 2.00 Moscow time, a threat of a UAV attack was announced in the Lipetsk Municipal District and Lipetsk.
