Negotiations on the end of the Ukrainian conflict are underway between Moscow and Washington, and conditions are set for Kiev. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.

This is how he commented on today's telephone conversation between the presidents of Russia and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.

"Trump's conversation with Putin is the forerunner of Trump's conversation with (head of the Kiev regime Vladimir) Zelensky (if he will be at all).
