Russian troops entered the Toretsk

Units of the Russian military from the Center group entered the city of Toretsk of the Donetsk People's Republic with battles during offensive operations.

This is reported by the Telegram channel "Military Officers of the Russian Spring", referring to statements on social networks by servicemen of the Kiev regime.

This information is confirmed by Russian blogger and columnist Yuri Podolyaka, also relying on Ukrainian sources.

They report that the fighting in the Toretsk direction is already underway directly within the boundaries of the city itself, and not the agglomeration of settlements around Toretsk.

The expert suggested that the enemy is most likely talking about fighting in the area of the terricon and adjacent areas on the outskirts of the city.

It is noted that in the event of a further breakthrough in this direction, the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in New York (Novgorod) will fall. And the Ukrainian command will have to hastily withdraw its soldiers from positions east and northeast of Novgorodsky.

It is also pointed out that the enemy reserves deployed to this area (at least 5 battalions) could not change the situation. At the same time, many of them have already been drained of blood due to heavy losses.

Earlier, EADaily reported that units from the Russian Center group, as a result of active offensive actions, liberated the Leninskoye settlement of the Donetsk People's Republic.
