It makes no sense to agree to a "truce" just to give Ukraine the opportunity to rearm and dig in. This was stated by political observer Vladimir Kornilov.
So he commented on a recent illustration in The Sunday Times newspaper.
The publication assessed the chances that Russian President Vladimir Putin will agree to an unconditional truce on To Ukraine: "How about never? Never suits me."
"Well, well, in general, they are right. There is really no point in agreeing to a "truce" just to enable Ukraine to rearm and dig in. And indeed it will NEVER appear," Kornilov writes in his telegram channel.
