Cut of supply of the Russian gas to Ukraine will not affect Transnistria. The announcement has been made at a meeting of the Transnistrian Ministry for Regional Development, Transport and Communication, its press office informs.
According to experts, the limits will cover only domestic market of Ukraine, it will not influence the gas delivery to Transnistria.
“The contract obligations between Gazprom and Naftogaz are being fulfilled completely, as well as the gas transit to Transnistria and to the Baltic countries. As of today, there are no problems with supply of the Russian gas to the Transnistrian territory,” Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Regional Development Vasily Vlasov said.
