The planned ride by the Russian Night Wolves bikers through six European countries is Russia’s reaction to the recent passage of a U.S. convoy across Czech territory, Czech Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka said on Apr 21.
"I do not think it is by chance that immediately after the U.S. convoy passed through the countries, Russian bikers are to follow them," Sobotka said, noting that he was inclined to believe that it was a provocation.
As EAD reported earlier, the biker community of Poland has expressed support for the Russian Wolves’ initiative and is ready to guarantee their security in the Polish territory.
Once the Russian bikers entered the territory of Poland, they took off all Russian flags so as to avoid provocations.
