On Mar 4, the OSCE mission held a regular monitoring of the contact line between the Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces northwest from the village of Talish, Nagorno-Karabakh’s Martakert district, reports the press office of the Nagorno-Karabakh’s Foreign Ministry.
From Nagorno-Karabakh’s side the contact line was monitored by field assistant to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Yevgeny Sharov (Ukraine), employee of the office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Peter Svedberg (Sweden) and Head of the OSCE High Level Planning Group, Colonel Markus Widmer (Switzerland).
From Azerbaijan’s side, the monitoring was carried out by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk and member of the OSCE High Level Planning Group, Colonel Tuncay Sevim (Turkey).
The monitoring was carried out according to the schedule with no violations of the ceasefire regime recorded.
From Nagorno-Karabakh’s side the observers were accompanied by representatives of the NKR’s foreign and defense ministries.
