DPR Defense Ministry: Ukraine military suffered up to 3,000 casualties in Debaltsevo

In the course of the operation in Debaltsevo, about 2,000-3,000 militaries were killed, the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Defense Ministry said.

A source at the ministry said Ukraine suffered up to 2,000 casualties in Debaltsevo.

Deputy Minister of Defense of DPR Eduard Basurin, in turn, said: “We supposed there were around 10,000 Ukrainian soldiers in Debaltsevo, with 3,000 being killed.”
