From 01:30 pm on February 12, delivery of the Russian gas to the Republic of Armenia has been temporarily stopped.
As EAD is told at the press office of Gazprom Armenia JSC, it was caused by a rockfall in Kazbegi that breached the North Caucasus – Transcaucasian main gas pipeline.
According to the statement, the pipeline is being repaired.
“The stoppage of gas delivery will not affect the gas-consumption market,” they state in the company.
