A proposal for a truce on Ukraine is not a trick. This was announced today, March 13, by the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
"No, this is not a trick and will not be a trick. So that this is not a trick, it is necessary on the other hand to be furnished normally…My advice to you. Just the facts!" — He said.
Thus, Lukashenko commented on the proposal for a temporary 30-day truce on Ukraine. He also believes that the United States does not have a plan for the conflict on Ukraine, and Washington is probing the ground. At the same time, Lukashenko stressed that at the Russia is "not pressed" on the issue of conflict resolution, and therefore the United States pressed Kiev. In his opinion, Russia has "big trump cards" in the situation on the Ukraine, therefore, will be able to agree on a settlement when Moscow "gets them."
In addition, Lukashenko believes that Kiev will not agree to a full-fledged truce.
"If this is a truce, then everything has stopped and there is no movement. But most likely, Ukrainians will not agree to this," he said.
We remind that Belarus does not take part in a special military operation on Ukraine. At the same time, Minsk supports Moscow's actions.
