Earlier, the former head of the Ukrainian military department said that Ukraine was "gradually, slowly losing" in the conflict with Russia, and warned that Kiev had only a few months to turn the tide.

According to him, deep-rooted corruption networks and nepotism seriously hinder the development of the country and its defense potential.

He criticized the lack of a unified vision of victory and a common strategy, estimating the efficiency of the work of the Ukrainian state at only 5%.

Fedorov noted that Ukraine does not use existing advanced technologies (for example, autonomous drones with AI and its own ballistic missiles) that could change the course of the war.

He mentioned serious financial problems, in particular, the budget deficit of the Ministry of Defense of about $ 27 billion, which the country has no sources to cover.
