"He's finished" — Shariy about the detention of the head of the SBU department

Employees of the Main Directorate of Internal Security and Alpha detained the head of the SBU department, Alexei Prokopenko, in the city of Khmelnitsky, in western Ukraine. This was announced by Ukrainian blogger Anatoly Shariy.

"According to my information, the head of the SBU department, Alexei Prokopenko, was detained in Khmelnitsky. First, around 6 a.m., his house was searched. Now employees of the State Security Service of the World Bank and Alfa are conducting a search in Prokopenko's office — about 30 people have arrived. They came to him for the systematic receipt of illegal benefits — more than $ 200 thousand per month. The suspicion has already been signed. He's finished," he wrote in your Telegram channel.

As EADaily reported, on July 31, an ammunition depot of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces exploded at a military training ground in Khmelnitsky. According to the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, as a result of the emergency, four servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were injured, several were missing.
