The Russian Armed Forces are actively engaged in encircling the city of Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk), the key logistics center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbas. This is reported by the British Ministry of Defense with reference to its intelligence data.
It is noted that in the last week the Russian army has been advancing to the northeast of Pokrovsk, trying to bypass and cut off supply routes and ground lines of communication of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Russian Armed Forces have advanced to the west in the area of the N-32 highway, especially in the direction of the village of Rodinskoye, through which the main northern supply route of Pokrovsk passes.
In addition, the Russian Armed Forces occupied the territory south of the highway, advancing in the area of Mirolyubovka, the telegram channel "Military Correspondents of the Russian Spring" writes.
