Psychotherapists are increasingly diagnosing ADHD in women aged 20-40 years. Initially, the "children's diagnosis", as reported by the Telegram channel SHOT, spread to adult ladies who experience constant stress and watch too many rils.
A separate reason for contacting psychologists and neurologists with the same problem is teenagers 12-17 years old who cannot cope with a large school load.
As for women, psychologists report that ADHD is often hidden under rapid burnout, anxiety or perfectionism. Plus, with age, Russians naturally decrease the level of estrogen, which affects dopamine, which is responsible for attention, so the symptoms only intensify.
All this provokes difficulties of concentration, forgetfulness and excessive impulsiveness with which Russians run for medical help.
