Escaped from Russian producer with a new passport wants to create a new band

Producer and composer Konstantin Meladze plans to start producing a new musical group. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to an informed source.

"Now, as a producer, he plans to take a new band under his wing. Now it is being formed precisely as a project," the source said.

In which country it is planned to launch the project, he did not specify.

As EADaily reported, in May last year Meladze announced that he was closing his most famous project, VIA Gra. He stressed that the GALILEO song was the last for the band. Meladze expressed his gratitude to all those who have been associated with the group over the past 25 years.

According to the producer, it was a great time, for which he "has no nostalgia."

Earlier, the Mash telegram channel learned that Meladze, who received a Ukrainian passport in 2024, secretly acquired Georgian citizenship. It is known that Meladze lives after leaving the Russia in Italy.
