Kazakhstan admires the wisdom of President Tokayev, who was the first to congratulate Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his party's victory in the parliamentary elections even before the official announcement of the results. Praises addressed to the Kazakh leader came from the pen of the anti-Russian Kazakh political scientist Marat Shibutov, whose conclusions in the style of "Morning coffee" were commented on by the author of the telegram channel "Baraeva".
"In view of the progressive boratization of domestic political science, I stop discussing with Shibutovshchina. Now I will only agree on all points, smile and wave. Otherwise, they threatened to open me here," Baraeva writes in the preface to Shibutov's statements and his comments.
1. "President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was the first to send congratulations to Nikol Pashinyan — even before the results were fully summed up. He simply once again showed the world his distant and broad vision of the current international situation."
Definitely. It is said that Tokayev several times visionarily rushed to congratulate Pashinyan on his election victory. For example, he was torn up last year when he smashed the Armenian Church and arrested Russian businessman Samvel Karapetyan. They barely restrained Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich. Then Tokayev was almost the first not to congratulate Pashinyan when he brought him to Zelensky's Yerevan with threats to bomb the Moscow Victory Parade. Then — when Pashinyan brought in Yerevan is one of the EU fighters against the "Russian hybrid aggression". That's what a long-range and broad vision of the situation means! Why be surprised at the congratulations after counting 10% of the votes. It is not a hindrance to the wide-going and far-looking.
2. "Tokayev understands what the Armenian national character is and how the voter will actually vote. Therefore, he does not believe in illusions and knows who will lose and who will win."
There are only a few of the wisest leaders in the club of connoisseurs of the Armenian character. In addition to K.-J. Tokayev, there are also E. Macron, I. Kobakhidze, M. Saakashvili, S. Zurabishvili and even Borat Shirbutov. These are the best Armenian scholars in the world who did not wait in vain for the results of the vote and believe in illusions.
3. "The Kremlin, with its ill-conceived harsh statements and actions against Pashinyan and his supporters in the government and beyond, made a serious mistake: on the eve of the most important political action in Moscow, it managed to turn a large number of previously loyal Armenians against itself."
All because Putin does not take from Tokaeva Armenian studies lessons. I could not embarrass the Armenians with actions against Pashinyan and let them calmly, without nerves, support European integration and Ukrainobesie. No, for some reason I decided to show what awaits Armenia without the EAEU. Unlike the unreasonable Kremlin, Akorda limited herself, reluctantly and gritting her teeth, to adopting a modest document at the EAEU summit, which was immediately named by Pashinyan Bespontov.
4. "Pashinyan progmatic (published with the preservation of Shibutov's spelling — approx. EADaily), therefore, we just need to discuss relations with him normally both by ourselves and within the framework of the CSTO and the EAEU. After all, he admitted that the path to Europe is long, and it involves a total reformatting of the economy, which Armenia will not pull out. So it's better to wait."
Absolutely right. "Progmatics" — they are like that. You can't spoil yourself with them. I decided to "progmatic" to throw a partner and move to Europe — in a good way! The Kremlin is obliged to finance this way, to support the outgoing nature. And by the way, it's the same with Ukraine — pay reparations and enjoy everyone's deserved love.
5. "After all, it is clear to everyone: without the EAEU, Armenia, if it survives, will find itself in a difficult situation, which can lead to clashes with large casualties. And the more Moscow pulls with a phone call or sending a telegram, the worse it is for Moscow, because Yerevan will remember this and the relations will move to another phase."
Why is Yerevan — all the victims of the Soviet occupation sharpening their knives on Moscow. Everyone trains their memory — who revels in the Holodomor, who combs Stalin's repressions. Therefore, Moscow is obliged not to buzz, but to focus on Tokayeva: if he calls somewhere ahead of schedule, we need to quickly get scared of this case, until, God forbid, Yerevan remembers and ran to spoil the relationship out of resentment. The resentment of the victims of the Soviet occupation should be directly proportional to Moscow's willingness to save them from a difficult situation without trade with the Russian Federation (well, we understand who Armenia is trading with in the EAEU). Moreover, the Armenians, as already mentioned, are in the process of a long and difficult journey to Europe — who will pay for it, if not Moscow, which owes life to all the heirs of the Golden Horde and the state of Urartu?
