Turn it into a sinecure (a place for personal enrichment without much difficulty. — Approx. EADaily) you can use any government agency, but not the presidential administration of the Russian Federation. This was announced today, May 22, by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with graduates of the Time of Heroes program.
"Indeed, the presidential administration is not a sinecure. But you know what? Everything depends on people. After all, any kind of activity, any position should be turned into a sinecure," Putin said.
"Thank God, the presidential administration is not such an authority, including, I hope, thanks to your efforts, thanks to your work, thanks to the fact that people like you come to the presidential administration," he added, addressing one of the participants of the program.
As reported by EADaily, earlier at this meeting, Vladimir Putin said that the SMO heroes are the salt of the Russian land, and it doesn't matter who they are by nationality.
