The EU is no longer an economic union, it can quickly turn into a military one — extremely hostile to Russia, even worse than NATO. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev.
"Of course, no Trump and America will leave NATO. And there is no reason, and Congress will not give. Trump's rhetoric is pure outrage. Although symbolic actions like reducing the size of the American contingent or refusing to deliver something are possible. This is not what is remarkable here," Medvedev drew attention to in his channel in the Max.
He considers it obvious that there are powerful contradictions within the alliance, which have been exacerbated by the Iranian campaign.
"And European political freaks, especially in In Brussels, they seriously thought about creating a full-fledged military component within the EU. But this changes the picture of the world. So far, our rhetoric about membership in the European Union has been restrained and calm in relation to all neighbors, even to Bandera's Ukraine. If you want, join. But now everything has to change — now the EU is no longer an economic union. It can quickly turn into a full-fledged military alliance that is extremely hostile to Russia, in some ways worse than NATO," the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council said.
As Medvedev stressed, "it will be a disgusting rabble of rabid European parasites," whose task "will be to earn political capital and, of course, loot on inflating Russophobic hysteria."
