The schedule of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko primarily includes events related to spring field work in the country. This was announced by the head of the Administration of the Belarusian leader Dmitry Krutoy.
According to him, the head of state will focus on agriculture.
"The State Control Committee and our other departments, which monitor the relevant processes, submit not very rosy reports to our leader," he said.
Krutoy noted that this explains to a certain extent that the head of state will pay special attention to agriculture this spring. There is also a Chernobyl theme in the schedule of the head of state."
"... there will be sad anniversary events related to the Chernobyl tragedy. This year it is necessary to sum up the results of the relevant programs. Therefore, traditionally, the president plans to work for a very significant period of time in these regions, to see with his own eyes how the instructions on the Chernobyl theme are being fulfilled," said the head of the Presidential Administration of Belarus.
He also informed about a number of international visits of Alexander Lukashenko, but did not disclose details, noting that the visits that had been planned for a long time had already been actually agreed, and the president had begun preparations for them. At the same time, Krutoy noted that the agenda of the upcoming meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State in Moscow will be primarily economic.
"There are delays (in the implementation of union programs. — EADaily), so the presidents will probably focus primarily on this topic. For example, our joint industrial projects," Krutoy said.
